Pumpkin spice cookie

As the crisp weather changes leaves into a masterpiece, Autumn is showing us how beautiful it is to let things go.  Let the aromas of pumpkin spice take over your home and welcome  the season of enchantment, pumpkins and cozy blankets. These cookies feature our signature pumpkin spice blend, walnuts, and white chocolate chips. This recipe is easy for kids to make and will bring back memories of cooking with your mom and grandma! We are absolutely in love with this recipe and we know your family will be too. Happy baking 🙂

brown sugar

2/3 cup


1/2 tsp

pumpkin spice blend

1 1/2 tsp

dry ingredient (flour, baking soda, salt)

1 1/2 cup

walnut & white chocolate chip

1/2 cup

Cream margarine, vanilla & sugar: Preheat the oven to 350F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl add the margarine (1/2 cup), vanilla and brown sugar. Cream together until the batter is uniform.   


Add the egg: Add the egg (1) and cream together for about 1 minute until combined. 


Add the dry ingredients: Add the dry ingredient, the walnuts and white chocolate chips and the pumpkin spice blend to the margarine mixture; mix in together just until the batter is combine.   Make sure to not over mix. Drop 1 tbsp size balls of dough about 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheet.


Bake & enjoy: Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, than transfer to racks and cool completely.
